This year’s Christmas Luncheon is being held at the PACIFIC GATEWAY HOTEL – VANCOUVER AIRPORT

(previously the Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel)

Lots of PRIZES, a 50/50 CASH DRAW, & an EARLY BIRD DRAW for those that register by November 15th, 2018!

Date: Friday, December 7, 2018
Time: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Check-in and Meet & Greet
Seating Commences: 12:00 Noon
Luncheon service: 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM.

Location: Pacific Gateway Hotel (former Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel) (see map for directions) - Red Cedar Ballroom, 3500 Cessna Drive, Richmond, 604-278-1241.

Parking: Parking is free, however: YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR LICENSE PLATE ONLINE IN ADVANCE BY Clicking Here

Cost: Pionairs Members/spouses - $25.00 per person including tax and gratuity. Luncheon tickets WILL NOT be available at the door.
Please note: Non - Pionair Guest's rate is $45.00

Deadline for receipt of payment is November 29, 2018.

Refunds: Please note that once payment has been made, there will be NO REFUNDS

Drinks: A cash bar will be available.

MENU

Buffet lunch including wild BC Pacific Salmon, brined and roasted turkey, stuffing, salads, vegetables & mashed potatoes and gravy. There will be dessert platters for each table.

If you have any dietary concerns, please contact Lisa Tate no later than November 29, 2018, at 604-275-6802 OR taterchip@shaw.ca There will be volunteers for anyone needing assistance to the buffet.

Check-in: Please proceed directly to the Luncheon Registration Desk prior to entering the dining facility.

Food Bank: Kindly consider bringing a non-perishable item or cash for the Richmond Food Bank
